We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data.

Your card payment details are processed directly by the bank's payment gateway (Cecabank). The club does not see or store your card numbers.

3. How long do we keep your data?

Contact inquiries: the time needed to respond to you and, afterwards, a maximum of 1 year.
Registration for events: until the end of the season in which you register.
Store orders: the time limits required by tax and commercial law (generally, 6 years).
Fan zone: as long as you keep your account active.
Notifications: until you turn them off.
Cookies: the timeframes indicated in the Cookies Policy.

4. Who do you share your data with?

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where legally required. For the website to function, some providers process data on behalf of the club:

Web and email hosting: Arsys Internet, SLU (IONOS group), with servers in the European Union.
App infrastructure: Cloudflare (match, squad and contact apps) and Google Firebase (match database and fan zone).
Open Doors Form: Netlify.
Card payments: Cecabank.
Store shipments: Packlink and the transport company that handles your order.
Statistics: Google Analytics and Metricool, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Embedded content: YouTube, Instagram, and Google Maps. They only load their cookies if you accept them.

Some of these providers (Google, Cloudflare, and Netlify) may process data outside the European Economic Area. They do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Ticket and season pass sales: are done on the external platform compralaentrada.com, which has its own privacy policy.

5. What rights do you have?

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction or objection to its processing, and its portability at any time. If you gave us your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

If you believe that we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
